with是就近原则还是就远原则

with并列人称时，谓语是就近原则。例句：Do you like to hobnob with me?你愿意和我一起喝两杯吗?

就近原则:当并列两个主语时，谓语采用就近原则:

1.there be 有（加粗的为常考短语）

2.neither…nor 既不……也不……

3.either…or 不是……就是……；要么……要么……

4.whether…or 是……还是……；不管……还是……

5.not only…but also 不但……而且……

6.not…but 不是……而是……

就远原则:当并列两个主语时，谓语采用就远原则

1.as well as 和；也

2.（together/along）with 和；连同

3.rather than而不是；宁可……也不愿

4.except 除……之外

5.besides 除……之外

6.but 除……之外

7.including 包括……在内
